The menu offers the best dishes from the tradition of Valle Vigezzo, always paired with modern combinations and in a continuous search for new culinary proposals. Black bread and crescenzin cheese, alpine tome cheese, Vigezzo mountain cured ham, and Stinchett – thin layers of wheat flour cooked on an iron plate – are among the specialties of the area that guests can enjoy.
There is also a wide selection of typical products from the Ossola Valleys: honeys, juniper-smoked raw ham from Valle Vigezzo, the prestigious Bettelmatt cheese from Valle Formazza, medicinal herbs cultivated by the Erba Bona Consortium, Ossola wines, rye bread, and cured meats made with ancient production techniques.
