- General Aspects
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the sale of services through the website www.almiramonti.com under the sections “shop”, “buy”, “gift”.
By purchasing on the site, the buyer declares to know and accept these general conditions of sale.
- Contract
The contract entered into between Hotel Ristorante Miramonti and the buyer is deemed concluded upon acceptance of the payment order by Hotel Ristorante Miramonti.
By placing an order, the buyer declares:
to be a consumer as provided for in Article 3 of the Consumer Code; to be of legal age; that the data provided by them for the execution of the contract is correct and truthful; to have read all the information provided to them during the purchasing procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions indicated in the purchasing procedure.
The contract is finalized upon receipt of payment from the customer.
In the event of non-acceptance, for any reason, of the order, Hotel Ristorante Miramonti guarantees timely communication to the buyer using appropriate means.
- Prices and Payment Conditions
Prices are indicated in euros, including VAT, and are those in effect at the time of purchase.
Hotel Ristorante Miramonti reserves the right to change the prices of its online services at any time without notice.
Buyers have the following payment methods available:
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) Paypal Bank transfer
Purchases with payment by credit card and Paypal are made exclusively on the online shop.
Buyers wishing to receive an invoice are kindly requested to request it at the time of purchase by sending an email to info@almiramonti.com stating the purpose of the voucher (by sending a copy of the purchase confirmation email) and the data for the invoice and code issuance.
For purchases with payment by bank transfer, the procedure involves sending a purchase request email to info@almiramonti.com.
- Right of Withdrawal
As provided for by Legislative Decree no. 206/05, the consumer customer is granted the right of withdrawal from the contract. The right of withdrawal, which allows the consumer to return the purchased voucher and obtain a refund, is only provided in favor of natural persons who, in entering into the contract, have acted for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out. The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the purchase of the voucher, without having to justify the reason and without having to pay any penalty.
The buyer who intends to withdraw from the purchase must give prior notice by email to info@almiramonti.com, stating all the identifying elements of the order.
Hotel Ristorante Miramonti will refund the consumer the amount paid as indicated in the order.
- Information Regarding Vouchers
Vouchers are valid and usable within 7 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date is indicated on the voucher.
The service must therefore be used within and not beyond 7 months from the date of purchase of the voucher (end of the month).
Some vouchers may have shorter usage terms than the standard 7 months (promotions). Any special conditions are always indicated on the voucher itself.
After this period, it is possible to purchase an Extension voucher online at a cost of €10 per person.
The extension extends the validity of the voucher by two months and must be presented at the Reception along with the expired voucher.
The extension cannot be combined with vouchers on promotion.
The voucher is not nominative and is transferable.
At the time of service provision, the customer must present the voucher in paper or electronic format.

- Online Dispute Resolution

- Miscellaneous
Any disputes related to the interpretation or execution of these general conditions or the contract resulting from the online purchase will be exclusively resolved by the Court of Verbania.
