A weekend among nature, flavors, and art.
Discovering edible wild herbs in the lush nature of Valgrande Park: Malesco – Valle Loana.
An easy guided walk aimed at those curious to discover which edible wild herbs grow at the doors of the Valgrande National Park, to learn about their most tasty parts, recipes, and local traditions.
With the help of simple botanical knowledge and taste similarities, you will no longer look at nature with the same eyes! Culinary advice and an overview of the world of wild plants guarantee an exciting day.
You will be accompanied and guided by Chiara Besana of AlpinTales, a certified hiking guide.

Participants must have their own transportation.
Meeting with the guide at our hotel at 9:00 am.
We recommend suitable clothing for the season and outdoor activity. Closed shoes with a good rubber sole are necessary.
